I think I'm gunna get the trem off ebay and see if the springs or anything will work. If I'm gunna spend player-quality money on a non-player quality guitar, it's gunna be the frets. I also thought it'd be cheaper than getting the guitar re-fretted, which it needs badly. I wanted the same sorta trem that might've originally come on the guitar to complete it half as much as I wanted to add a trem to the guitar. I'm really going more for "original stock crap cheapo' vibe. I'd rather get a bigsby, but like I said, I don't feel like it's worth it. I really DONT want to get a japanese cheapo type tremolo if I have to change the whole tailpeice. It looks like the Teisco tremolo on sale on ebay. I think in particular, "Gold ON The Ceiling" on Letterman.
